A familiar name has returned to the world of auctions with the relaunch of Must be Sold by Auction. 

Operating as Must be Sold from 2008 until its closure in 2013, the brand was previously launched as a joint venture with Graham Penny Auctions (now SDL Property Auctions). It has now been relaunched by parent company Spicerhaart Corporate Sales under its new name, Must be Sold by Auction

 

Must be Sold by Auction offers a full range of auctions to meet sellers’ circumstances and timescales.  Both conditional and unconditional Timed Auctions run on the Must be Sold by Auction website, with online bidding around the clock. 

March saw the biggest monthly fall in construction output since records began a decade ago, figures from the Office for National Statistics reveal.

Figures from HMRC show that residential transactions in February this year grew 6 per cent compared to February 2019.

Spicerhaart Part-Exchange and Assisted Move was instructed to sell the property on behalf of a developer on their assisted move scheme on a multi-agency basis. As the successful selling agent we then progressed through to completion. It transpired early in the transaction the seller’s circumstances were not straightforward and additional care would be needed to ensure that this transaction stayed on track.
